Upcoming events you won't want to miss!!!This Wednesday market Chipotle Mexican Grill will be attending to distribute free chips and salsa samples, hand out BOGO coupons, and have children activities all in support of local farmers markets!
Last Saturday we had the special treat of fresh, sweet, juicy peaches from Sleepy Hollow Orchard! With summer in full swing, and a week long (or more) of warm, sunny days, all the well loved summer crops are ready for the pickin' and buying!
This Saturday, three of our extra tents will be filled. We will have live music, a new featured artisan, and information about the International Friendship Program in our Community Tent.
"The IFP matches community members from Indiana and surrounding counties with one or more international students in an effort to promote goodwill, diversity in understanding, and create lifelong friendships. Participants are required to meet once a month to go out to eat, have coffee, go to a movie, go for a ride in the country, go for a walk, or simply enjoy each other’s company! There is no financial obligation, students do not stay with the volunteers and friends are free to make their own schedules to meet."
Mark your calendars for Saturday, August 29 is tentatively scheduled for our annual Customer Appreciation Day where we will be having a basket giveaway and focusing on healthy lifestyles!
