1. In
order for your entry to be accepted and reviewed by our judges, it must include:
a. A
completed Official Entry Form
b. An
original logo design in .jpeg or PDF format
2. The
winner will be required to provide the logo design in ALL of the following
formats: .jpeg, PDF, original source
file (e.g. Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
3. All
entries must be submitted directly to indianafarmmarket@gmail.com with
the subject line “Logo Design Entry – [your last name]” before Thursday, March 1, 2018.
4. All
submitted entries must be original designs and not based on any pre-existing
design or image.
5. All
entries will become the sole property of the Indiana County Farmers’
Market. This logo may be used publicly
in all media, including online, print, and on merchandise. Additionally, the ICFM may alter, modify, or
revise the logo as it sees necessary.
6. Contestants
agree that the ICFM may publish their logo design, name(s), likeness, prize
information, and information provided on the Entry Form for publicity purposes
without further compensation.
7. The
winner will be selected by a committee of ICFM members, with final approval by
the Board of Directors. This decision is
final and not subject to review or appeal.
8. The
winner will be announced via our website, Facebook page, and by direct contact
to the winner’s e-mail account.
9. ICFM
reserves the right to not select a winner if it determines that no suitable
entries are received.
10. Participation
constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of
these Official Rules.
