Stanley's great uncle Henry is the inspiration for their farm, and Stanley says that he feels "a strong need to preserve and protect the ancient knowledge of food growing and preparation that our ancestors developed over millenia."
Philosophy: The farm is Certified Naturally Grown, a "peer-review certification to farmers and beekeepers producing food for their local communities in harmony with nature, without relying on synthetic chemicals or GMOs...based on the highest ideals of the organic movement."
