Growing up on a dairy farm in New Jersey, Janet has enjoyed returning to her roots and finding a peace of mind in knowing where her food comes from. Huber’s 3 Ponds Farm sits on 39 beautiful where you'll observe natural methods for growing vegetables, herbs, and flowers.
Her love of seeing new plants emerge from the soil and maturing to harvest keeps her farming year after year. “My customers are like friends,” says Janet, “and those repeat customers after several years greet me at the start of the new season like ‘family’.”
Philosophy: “Everything I grow is as organic as possible, because I eat it, too!”
