Russ Leap has been producing milled goods and more for 10+ years and enjoys experimenting with a variety of grains. Russ enjoys producing food for consumers who otherwise may not have access to quality milled goods or other items. Being at the market provides Leap’s Farm the opportunity to educate customers about farming and farm products.
Philosophy: Leap’s Farm focuses on traditional farming methods and growing heirloom crops. Tradition and family are important to Russ’s values––Russ is the 4th generation to grow the garlic that his family brought to this country over 100 years ago.
